No hot water or heating in the middle of winter
1.0It was simple getting keys etc of Lifestyle Real estate the young woman who served us was very professional. House was clean and in a wonderful location Should label keys took awhile to work out what key was for each door and garage
− We didn't realise until we read the contract properly that it didn't provide Linen. We done our booking through Booking.com taking it for granted that it was like Hotel accommodation, Had to make a very quick trip to Ballina to buy bedding. I'll be responsible for that should've read the fine print. It was extremely cold in the house, there was no heating or air cons only fans. (Booked 4 days 18th -22 June) The last 2 nights we had no hot water calles the numbers and emergency numbers, still haven't received a reply.
