9.0Красивый вид с балкона. Было чисто когда заехали в квартиру. Классный бассейн
− Возможно это не проблема квартиры, но почему то у меня и у моей семьи розетки работали странно. Подключали зарядку чтобы зарядить телефон - одна розетка работала , а другая нет в определенное время.

9.0Отличная квартира с прекрасным видом на океан и закат. В квартире было все необходимое, кровати большие и удобные, на территории комплекса есть бассейн.

Good stay, but the deposit situation was unacceptable
1.0− I’m giving 1 star even though the stay itself was actually good, because the way the deposit was handled completely ruined the experience. The apartment was nice and I would have happily rated it 4/5. However, the deposit requirement was not clearly shown when I booked. I paid it anyway, left the place in perfect condition, and expected a quick refund as stated. Instead: No response when I asked about the deposit after my stay. After a week, I called and was told the refund would be processed that day — it wasn’t. I called again and was ignored. My deposit was finally refunded one month after I left, which is completely unacceptable and caused me inconvenience as I needed that money. I contacted Booking.com support as well, but they were no help at all — they blamed the property and took zero accountability. The stay itself was good, but this behaviour from both the property and Booking.com was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn’t stay again simply to avoid repeating this experience.

8.0Big apartment and open. Great location. Swimming pool. Comfortable beds. Balcony with a view over the lively main street in the area.
− The apartment was great but I would have liked to see hangers on the walls for clothes, both in the bathroom and where you enter the apartment (the hall/lobby).
