La comodidad e higiene

Facilidad para llegar y limpieza

− El sofá cama está en malas condiciones para dormir. Sería bueno que el anfitrión se comunicara al momento de recibir la reservación. Estuvimos llamando muchas veces y respondió después de muchas llamadas.

No me gustó nada excepto que al parecer lograron cancelarme la última reservación sin aplicarme ningún cargo extra. Lo cual agradezco Pero sinceramente una pésima experiencia esto de haber reservado alojamiento con depas colinas del valle a través del booking

− Todo marchaba bien hasta el día de nuestra llegada al depto. Me avisaron que mi tarjeta de pago no era aceptada. Pero yo reserve desde octubre y el banco ya me aplicó el cargo desde entonces. Total, llegamos y nadie me respondió llamadas ni mensajes para aclarar. Estuvimos en la banqueta por casi 2 horas esperando alguien nos atendiera y nada. Me cancelaron la reserva y me ofrecieron volver a reservar. Todo por medio de la app Booking. Reserve otra vez y de nuevo me rechazan tarjeta. Use otra y de nuevo nada. Decido buscar alojamiento por Airbnb y ahí si pude realizar reservación sin problemas de tarjeta. Lo peor de todo fue que nunca se dignaron a responder llamadas ni mensajes ni correos para aclarar que estaba sucediendo. Y veníamos de un viaje desde sonora a Tepic y toparnos con esta situación ya con el viaje encima y cansados de familia y yo me molestó muchísimo y de verdad ahorita sigo sin entender qué fue lo que sucedió por parte de Depas colinas del valle. Es una pena y la verdad una amarga experiencia a través de booking. Personal ya no pienso utilizando una aplicación porque no quiero otra mala experiencia como la que acabo de vivir.
