Unresponsive hosts. No access code to property. No electricity. No tolietries. Excessive fees.
1.0− Rental address and my name was on an outdoor public bulletin board for check in (ie anyone could access). Code to access did not work. Did not provide us access until 9pm. Electricity was out for hours. No normal toiletry items (soaps, shampoo).
