I loved the layout and having 2 bathrooms and the location

− Walkway in winter is unsafe. It's a low point so no amount of salt could make it safe. But in the summer this place is probably perfect.

The location.

− The bathroom shower next to the garage was not sealed properly so water came out when used. The outside was very unkempt.
