1.0Horrible. Villa 44. Broken AC. Exposed electrical wires in two lamps, broken ceiling fan, cockroaches, broken window covering. Extremely unsafe accommodation. Immediately attempted to contact property and after 8 messages and several calls, zero response. Booking staff could not reach property either. Pool area was dirty, you need to locate a staff member to request hot tub to be turned on. Then after waiting, no one arrives. Electricity/power went out for several hours and unit got up to 94 degrees. Nightmare. Avoid this whole place if possible.
