It was good, nothing spectacular! We stayed In a 414 before and it was much nicer unit

Easy to find, i called for a hair dryer and the staff brought it Within 10 minutes! Great service.

− There was no pan In the kitchen , for making eggs or pancakes, the pool was closed, the people above us were loud and smoked weed a lot so the smell came into our unit

Great location. Clean. Amazing onsite staff.

− The bed was not very comfortable. There wasn’t any condiments available like salt or oil which would be helpful to have if someone forgets to bring.

Great location, not receiving shuttle bus pass the day before or before check in was frustrating !!

Breakfast was not included.

− The shuttle bus pass was not successfully sent to me until almost 4 hours after check in due to problem on Vacaso and Booking.com end, problem with sending the pass to my email? Crumbs on the pull out couch mattress.
