Not a pleasant stay

Location was good. Unfortunately it wasn't very clean. Hair in the towels, hair all in the showers. We had to clean the bathrooms ourselves. Overall it's nice but there are too many requirements to stay and I'm not happy about demanding a $500 security deposit the day of, outside of the booking.com website in order to get the code to get in. Never had to do that before. Hate the 10 am check out. Ppl just keep getting earlier and earlier. Also it shouldn't be labeled as a 4 bedroom because it's technically only 3. One of the bunk beds is in the actual living room so that's not a private room. And the air conditioner unit in the add on living room doesn't get cool at all. That room was very warm the entire stay. We were sweating when we did sit in there so we didn't.

Clean and comfortable! Easy stay close to all the amenities!

I liked that all the bedrooms spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials for cooking. The kids loved the pool and rock fence.

The stay was good just don’t like money hungry property owners!

I like the fact the it was roomie and it was close to a lot of the leisure festivities!

− I didn’t like that the property owner had damages already to his/her property and charged me for it! I have videos and pictures and pointed it out to them all for them to blame it on me and take money out of my deposit! I have videos and pictures of the property as I first checked in and let them know that this or that was broken and yet and still I was charged for it! Please get videos of the property and send it right to them because they will charge you for everything that’s already broken! RUNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!

Great Stay and Fantastic Location!

I loved that the home was spacious! There was plenty of room for my family! We loved it! Very comfortable! Great location! Easy drive to the beach and easy drive to Pensacola to see my brother who recently moved there!

− To be honest, we didn't have anything that we didn't like about the home.
