Very clean and well-equipped apartment in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent—very close to the city center, with a grocery store and DM just a 2-minute walk away. The tram stop is right next to the building, making it easy to get around the city. Parking was also very convenient, which was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Tolle Unterkunft in belebter Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, alles, was es braucht, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (Straßenbahn, Lebensmittel, Lokalitäten). Der Kontakt zum Host ist total freundlich, zuvorkommend und ausführlich - er hat sich große Mühe gegeben, unseren Aufenthalt und vor allem die Ankunft absolut unkompliziert zu gestalten. Die Wohnung ist hell, die Schlafplätze gemütlich und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Ein Tipp für zukünftige Besucher:innen: packt euch Ohrstöpsel o.Ä. für die Personen ein, die im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Die Dresdener Neustadt schläft nicht und im Sommer bei offenen Fenstern ist es sehr geräuschintensiv. Das sollte allen bewusst sein, die sich für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. :)

− Zusätzliche Müllbeutel zu den vorhandenen bereitzustellen wäre unser Tipp. Bei 6 Personen wird es zum Ende des Wochenendes etwas eng.

zentrale Lage, Anbindung öffentl. Verkehrsmittel

− Wohnzimmer sehr laut, aller 5 Minuten fährt eine Straßenbahn vor, Haltestelle auf der Straße. Dort kann man nicht schlafen, das Zimmer hat aber 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten.

Tolle Lage, helle und saubere Wohnung mit bequemen Matratzen. Die kleinen Nachteile der Wohnung haben uns für unsere Pläne nicht gestört.

− Es hat uns nicht gestört, weil wir andere Pläne hatten, aber am kochen hätten wir dort keine Freude gehabt, die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist recht alt und dunkel, hat aber funktioniert.
