− Cattivo odore nell’abitazione, pulizie rumorose nel palazzo alle sette del mattino, tafani sul divano con conseguenti bolle sul corpo.
Carino, centrale e pulito, ma mancano gli armadi
7.0Posizione centralissima vicino a tutto! Specie al Platone perfetto per far giocare il bimbo!
− Pochissimi spazi per mettere i vestiti, mancano armadi e comò. Presente solo un armadio all'ingresso appendiabiti . Le valigie le abbiamo dovute mettere sotto il letto e i vestiti tirarli fuori al mo mento giorno per giorno.

5.0− Struttura vecchia e non adeguata come già segnalato in altre recensioni.La novità è che la rete ora è a doghe.La persona delegata alla "accoglienza" priva di professionalita'. Non ha mostrato la allocazione dell'interruttore/salvavita che si trova in un armadio insieme al citofono. Importante visto che mia moglie x 2 volte ha preso una scossa mentre lavava stoviglie con il piano cottura ad induzione acceso. Non ci ha fornito la chiave del box pattume nel cortile e/o indicazioni su come accedervi. E' sgradevole perdere tempo alla ricerca di un'isola ecologica.Ci e' sembrato che non si sentisse membro dello staff, ma come se avesse un contenzioso con l'agenzia datrice di lavoro. La signora aveva chiesto l'ora di arrivo. Scrissi che salvo traffico sarei arrivato entro le 15.00. Siamo arrivati prima e ci siamo allocati in casa alle 14.45. La persona delegata all'accoglienza si e' lamentata poi di aver dovuto anticipare il check-in. Non ne parliamo quando abbiamo chiesto di effettuare il check-out un'ora dopo. Ci e' stato risposto che il "contratto" prevede l'uscita alle 10.oo. Abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento alle 9.45. Elasticità zero. Praticamente cacciati.Mia moglie e' andata nel residence di fianco completamente ristrutturato x una prox volta. Meglio una Key-box. Piu' efficiente e costa meno.
