− The house was grubby with general minor repair work required. It was fine for a short stay but some things such as shower rail not being robust and poor cleaning were minor irritations that could be easily rectified.

− A little noisy from the main road, but that is expected since the location is close to the town center.
Cute place.
5.0There were rooms for all of us to have space.
− The property was not clean. Floors were dirty and spiders and webs all over. Bins weren’t emptied. Bathrooms weren’t clean either. The upstairs shower was not working.
Great location for Winchester centre. Worth the money we paid for a two night stay 6 girls.
8.0Excellent communication from host. Clear instructions on gaining entry. Free parking spot about 7 min walk away in safe street. Easy to find house great location for conference at hope church. Short walk in to town. Clean and tidy Nice big fridge Big beds comfy Cost of stay worth it
− Nothing not to like ideal for a couple nights stay but could just do with a bit of cosmetic updating, a little bit worn and tired in some areas. The outdoor space just needs a little attention. It was fine for us as used to nighttime traffic noise but some people may find it a little noisy at night.
Lovely stay in Winchester. Great communication and fantastic location.

7.0The house was a short walk into the centre and had a lovely court yard garden
− House was on a very busy road and as we stayed during a spell of very hot weather, the bedrooms were extremely warm, but if you opened a window you were deafened by noise
