− I feel like this property listing is a scam. I booked it and paid in full for it, then got an email later that evening stating the place has been double booked. The email told me to contact booking.com customer service to get a refund. I did as I was told, but booking.com told me I need to contact the property owner to request a refund. When I called the property owner, I was unable to reach anybody. How does it make sense that I have to ask both booking.com AND the property owner for a refund for something that was not even my fault? It was very frustrating to get the runaround when I just wanted a place to stay for my trip, but ended up without one..and now I have to chase people down to get my money back. Book at your own risk.

Clean, well equipped apartment in an ideal location.

The property was clean, had all we needed and was in an excellent location. Communication with the host was very good too!

− There could have been more towels/bigger towels but otherwise everything was fine.

We were overall satisfied with our stay

The location was ideal as we were near all the shopping and restaurants. The property was well-appointed with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean, and instructions for parking were detailed and communication was helpful.

− The apartment could have been a bit cleaner. There were some stains on carpet and decorative towels in the bathrooms. The vertical blinds were broken in places and needed to be replaced. Overall, the apartment could use a refresh.

Close to work area and many restaurants

− Parking - Be careful about parking. If you have a car you need to renew permit every 24 hr. If you forget and try to renew it after it expires, car might have been towed which happened in my case and I had to pay a hefty fine to recover my car.
