1.0− I booked two months ahead and had a horrible experience. Only 12 hours before check-in, the staff called to say there was no room for us. This was totally unacceptable and very inconvenient. They offered a different place with different accommodations, but I had to pay an extra 3500. This last-minute change and extra cost made me very angry. Don’t book with such unreliable properties. Stick to TTD-approved or reputable ones to avoid this hassle.
