Love the Napeague Stretch, love the location of Ocean Colony, beach gorgeous, great weather!

There was no breakfast included in our stay. We loved the view and balcony- great that there were screens on doors and windows so we could get the fresh sea air. The beach was gorgeous; all of the staff were lovely.

− Unfortunately I left over $200worth of products in the bathroom mirrored cabinet. I called in the evening of the same day I left but apparently woke up Dean at 8:50pm. He basically told me that I would have to wait until morning. By the time I phoned first thing in the am Elena told me that everything but 1 of the 6 bottles was thrown out. This was quite upsetting since I made two calls immediately. I told Elena that I felt that a 24 hour window once guests leave would be fair before they throw things away.

Unit 821 at Ocean Colony Beach offers a truly stunning ocean view—easily the highlight of the stay. However, the check-in process was disappointing, as no staff were present at the designated time, leaving us to navigate entry on our own. Upon arrival, we also encountered a large spider in the unit, which was unsettling and suggested a lapse in pre-arrival inspection. While the location and view were exceptional, the lack of check-in support and initial cleanliness detracted from the overall experience.

The beach was great. Condo was nice e.

− Condo needs to remove rug. The outdoor patio table needs an umbrella. The tennis court needs to be refinished.
