Home from home!

10.0

The house was clean and in a great area. Local shop nearby for essentials. House was lovely, had loads of space and the pool table kept everyone entertained on quiet time. The beds were comfy and had everything a family needs when going away. The coffee pods and biscuits were lovely on arrival, the communication with hosts was perfect. They answered all questions immediately and were very welcoming and nice on all correspondence. The price was reasonable and if we were to go back to Mancgester then we would def stay again.Thank you.

Only thing def needed was a blind/curtain in bathroom.

Quiet, homely, good facility’s, easy access, comfortable

10.0

Very comfortable and homely, pool and table tennis were a very nice touch. It is positioned in a tight space but that also made for an enjoyable, eventful couple of hours.

The mattress on the bed down stairs was very hard, brick hard. It wasn’t for my liking but may suit others. However my older teenage kids did say the 2 double beds upstairs were better than a premier inn bed.

My family and best friend stayed here for 2 nights for the Manchester half marathon. We needed good sleep we certainly got that! The beds are comfy and really cosy! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, slightly annoyed I forgot to use the coffee machine! The house is very cosy, clean, homely. We are thinking of things to come back to so we can stay again! Thank you so much!

We loved everything! We didn't have one negative

Great location for a quality and cosy stay .

The property is equipped extremely well and there is plenty of everything in all areas of the house plus the property is equipped to a good and tasteful standard in all rooms, the chairs and settees are comrtably cosy and the beds are superbly comfotable. The house is located in a quiet ,small cul de sac with off road parking approx one and a half miles from the centre of Sale and is very quiet. If you wanted to travel into travel into Sale on a bus there is a good service that is available with bus stops about a five minute walk from the house, from Sale you can then catch a tram into the centre of Manchester and I believe that the tram serice is very frequent with about twenty minutes between each one. There is a good pub/eatery a ten minute walk from the house and the food and drinks are reasonably priced, in Sale there are many restaurants and pubs and obviously in Manchester you are spoilt for choice. We stayed at the property during thev Winter months so we did not venture into the garden but if you travel here during warmer times then there is a covered pagoda with seating that would be lovely to eat and/or relax in. Finally, we would stay here again.

Could not get on to the internet as the code did not appear on either my laptop or phone, all four of us failed even though we are seasoned travellers and understand what needs to done to make the connection, could not find a general instruction book, would welcome a teapot and finally, the front door needs to be made draught proof or replaced but none of the above would stop us staying there again

Lovely property, well equipped. All very good apart from the washing machine

Very nice homely property

Washing machine plumbed incorrectly to hot water. Ruined a dress which should have been washed at 30C. Hot water feed probably at 60+ centigrade
