1.0− The contact person is not the owner (broker). He confirmed the booking, but afterwards messaged that object is occupied. He suggested to e-mail the photos of new object. After my ignoring the private e-mailing with him, he hided the information about the high stairs in new object - impossible to climb for my Mum (80+). We have now chance to use this object and were needed to find another place for another money. The money for this failed booking had not refunded yet
