− The house is advertised as 3 bedrooms, we booked for 3 men but upon arrival the third bedroom couldn't be located. As a result, we had to book one of the men into the Premier Inn which was very costly! We later found out that the cinema and living room are classed as the third bedroom as they have sofa beds in. Which, for us wasn't ideal as we must provide each person with a suitable, private bedroom as per our company policy. Other than that the house was absolutely lovely and would book again if 2 men were travelling. The hosts were very responsive and check in was very easy and straight forward. The facilities were great and had everything needed. I would highly recommend booking.

Nice for a quiet stay, but bring your groceries as nothing is nearby in walking distance.

The decoration and the choice of facilities were good. The property was cosy and had activities to do, big garden good for walks. Liked the garden facilities and the quietness of the area.

− The property is located in a quiet derelict area the nearby groceries store is a 10 minute car journey away. Most places nearby close by 7 and some are closed on a Monday. The main TV in the living room was broken with a cracked screen. Pool table was unlevel balls all tilt to one side. Given 2 toilet rolls between 5 people over 2 days. No kitchen towels or cloths to wipe surfaces and tables with. Hot tub very dirty and needs a good clean, didn’t look like it was cleaned prior to our arrival. No more to clean away the water puddles from garden to house. Requested an earlier checkin and late checkout prior to booking but didn’t receive an answer after continuously making request. To be informed on the morning of check out they didn’t have enough notice to support this. During our stay 2 window cleaners showed up without any notice, or introductions which was intrusive and felt unsafe as the house is not gated.
