Great location, off street parking and gated. Nice and quiet, good facilities. Responsive host. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, and a lovely village with all the amenities you could want. Close to Filey and Bridlington and only 20 minutes to Scarborough. Decent sitting out area. Good secure parking . Good furnishings and comfy beds

− Very overlooked by surrounding properties, not much privacy when sitting outside. Also the bifold door should have a means of keeping it open, some sort of fastening! When it was windy we had to put a full watering can upto it- still knocked it over and water all over the patio.

Bed very comfy enclosure yard

− No small plates no bread knife could do with side tables and maybe outside cushions for chairs No happy about been forced to pay the extra £29 for Insurance when I didn't need or want it

− Bedroom could do with bedside tables, the only one in the bedroom had a very large lamp so you could not use it suggest a smaller lamp.

Great, loved every minute and is the perfect property to get away from it all.

The location was spot on and perfect for our needs. The accommodation was good and the layout of the property was perfect. We will definitely book again, and recommend it to others.

− The only minus points was the cleanliness to be honest, and there are quite a few of the blinds were broken/not working. Also no long mirror in a suitable position within the property. Also we have stayed previously in March and the added touches from then weren't in the property this time.
