6.0Cozy apartment with comfortable services. Good location as well: the metro is really close.
− A really bad point regards our check in. We specified our late arrival, around midnight. Even after the online check-in, and a message from us asking for codes to get in the apartment, we didn't get anything. A kind man from the next door gym helped us to find a way out. A very uncomfortable situation.

Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage
8.0Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass der Vermieter einem late-Check-out um die Mittagszeit zugestimmt hat. Natürlich gegen einen angemessenen Aufpreis, aber das ist ja völlig in Ordnung. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir, dass es nicht nur ausreichend Küchenutensilien (Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe etc.) gab, sondern dass neben Bettwäsche und Handtüchern auch Spülmittel, Waschmittel etc. zur Verfügung standen!
− An der Unterkunft selber gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Ich fand die Bedienung des Key Pads zum Öffnen der Türen gewöhnungsbedürftig, insbesondere weil es an der Haustür nicht immer auf Anhieb geklappt hat. Der Aufzug hat nicht immer funktioniert. Und man sollte wissen, dass es fast 100 Stufen zwischen Haustür und Wohnung sind. Leider stand das Internet nicht immer zur Verfügung. Wenn man darauf angewiesen ist, sollte man sich noch eine andere Möglichkeit offen halten. Wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind, ist es aufgrund des Verkehrslärms und der Rettungsfahrzeuge ziemlich laut in der Wohnung (auch nachts).
