− The property was double booked !! So can't comment. Booked for the London Marathon as participating. Had to find another property suitable at 3pm upon arrival at property. Finally got one sourced by ourselves. Trying to get hold of people ( apart from the old manager of the property who did his best ) was difficult - too many AI's !!! Then stuck with paying for a property twice as much . We had booked this property last September !

Fresh accommodation

A little mishap on original accommodation due to flooding but staff sorted this out for us right away . We couldn’t get the tv to work on the 1st night but it was sorted out by the second by the owner . Accommodation was fresh and spacious and up to date. We would definitely recommend and use again when in area . Keep up the good work . You managed to please all 5 women !

The property was beautiful, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The living room space was gorgeous and the kitchen was fully stocked with things you need to cook a meal. Exactly like the pictures.

− I found it a bit inconvenient to have to call someone to check in, especially when I had already given them a specific time. It was a bit frustrating to wait outside and have to make several calls before someone answered the number they had provided.
