The house is very well kept everything that we needed was there. Boulder is a fantastic area of Colorado it was in close range too Red rocks Rocky mountain national Park and all that goes along with the Denver area great location safe I felt safe great neighbors met the neighbors.

− My dog and the neighbors dog like dogs didn't like each other that has nothing to do with the property it's just goes along they were civil but if I was pulling hairs that would be the only thing.

Home away from Home

It was a family home away from home. It was very close to all of the conveniences,, like a gas station, a Safeway, Walgreens, an Emergency center and several food places. The owner went out of her way to suggest other places she liked to eat at.and places to see while we there. There were three rooms on the first floor that included the family area.(kitchen,bathroom, living room and dining area) while the downstairs had the master bedroom, the laundry room, another bathroom and a very extensive game room. I like the fact the game was totally separate from the living area, so the adults can talk and the kids and other adults can play games downstairs without disturbing each other.

− I'm 72 years old, so I had a difficult time going up and the stairs. I would suggest a small hand rail on the steps going down from the living area and both sides going downstairs to game area.. It was something that I would take from the ambience from the house as I was very careful and walk around without shoes.

Great location close to the university. Clean and well appointed!
