The property was really nice with a well appointed kitchen. The owners were friendly, leaving a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift, and wanted to ensure we had a good stay but unfortunately 2 out of the three issues we had wouldn't have been resolverable during our stay so I didn't raise them with them.

− Unfortunately the front garden was fake grass and our dog was not allowed to go to the toilet there, so I had to take her out first thing in the morning and last thing at night, I would therefore say the Property was dog tolerant and not dog friendly. The TV reception was poor with picture breaking up and no bedding was provided for the sofa bed, which was needed when my snoring was to much for my wife!

Needs a good tidy up. The photos o. BOOKING.COM are nothing like that.

− Upon arrival. The front of the property was in kept,overgrown bushes and dry leaves every where needs a good tidy. Couldn't find the key box due to it being overgrown. Entering the property smelt of damp and bathroom smells. He needs a good paint up all over. The bathroom shower area needs new grouting around it. The bathroom door is dangerous and needs replacing as glass, and people can see u see u sitting on the toilet, not very private at all. Bedroom very small struggled to get on and out of bed, needs a fill length mirror and a shelf in their as know where to put your makeup on or do your hair. Stair spindles were filthy black we had to clean the grime off. Needs a gate or railings up the top of the stairs, as u could easily fall down them. Kitchen area needs a thorough clean as crumbs under toaster and between oven and sink area. No plinth under sink has been taken off and never put back.

The location was amazing. Lovely village. The area is in the beautiful countryside and scenic but the fact its so close to shops, supermarket, restaurants and takeaways makes everything so convenient aswell. It's nice to have a lovely pub at the end of the driveway. It's a few minute drive to hire a day boat on the broads and it's nice that the beach isn't far to get to either. All in all its got everything covered

The Tail End cottage in Stalham is tastefully appointed, with a very large light filled and comfortable lounge and a small sunny garden. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality accoutrements. The stove, washing machine and wifi all worked very well. Hosts very responsive.

Everything! Such a quaint little cottage, spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for the stay.The hosts was super helpful and friendly.

The cottage is located in a quaint village and central enough to do what you want to do around the broads. The hosts could not do more for us, nothing was too much trouble and they were so lovely. The place is cosy, ideal for a couple and their furry friends to explore and relax.
