The location and the owner was so supportive to check in even i was late. He gave me a ticket for very near parking. He kept a welcome gift the my kids loved it. Thank you owner

Less crowded location but not too far from main attractions.

Modern design with comfortable amenities. Self explanatory check in instructions. Good access and walkable to cafes shops and to the lake. Our apartment was on the ground floor so no issues for luggage or wheelchair access. Responsive manager to our concerns. Welcome chocolate and non alcoholic sparkling drink was very considerate since we don’t drink alcohol. Both bedrooms came with a smart tv and wifi speed was fast enough for streaming YouTube etc. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped and the fridge was spacious. The town wasn’t too big but quite nice to walk around and explore.

− This comment are not entirely negative but it’s worth to note for anyone looking at specific types of accommodation The property was marketed as with airconditioning however take note that only the hall area was with aircond, in the bedroom only portable fan was provided. We came during a heatwave so it was slightly warm in the bedroom and the fan did not really help even when the window was slightly open. Cooler months should be ok. The place was a two bedroom with one shared bathroom in case you’re particular about privacy. The bathroom size was reasonable. The bedroom does not have a lot of storage space except for hanging your clothes We noted the toilet was not properly cleaned under the seat cover which was reported to the manager. Other than that no other hygiene issues were noted. Last issue to note is the parking is not at the same location as the accommodation, however clear instructions were given to access the free parking a bit of walking but not bad once you know the shortcut. You can park temporarily at opposite roadside to offload/load your luggage.

The hoist was very responsive.

We stayed in this apartment for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is charming, comfortable, and very pleasant to stay in. The kitchen is very well equipped, which made it easy to cook and feel at home. Communication with the hosts via WhatsApp was excellent—they were very responsive and kindly provided anything that was missing. Overall, it was a lovely and convenient place to stay in Brienz. 😊

− Just a small note for future guests: the parking space assigned to the apartment is about a five-minute walk away. It’s manageable, but it can be a bit inconvenient when carrying groceries or returning later in the evening. Also, we were five people and the fold-out single bed was not very comfortable for sleeping, so my husband ended up sleeping on the sofa instead.
