Okay after we finally got access into our unit.

− The fact we arrived and the keys left to open property were missing. Tried contacting on the emergency phone number person on the booking form she hung up on me three times. I texted her informing we could not get into the unit with keys left. she called back and said Hi Lovely how can I help you! I explained the situation. She organised another set of keys that were delivered by a nice couple. By this time it was 8:45pm. It was worked out the previous people renting the unit had taken off the key to the security door. We should be refunded a nights accommodation for the time lost and huge inconvenience.

− Two fan heaters in the unit both didn't work. The main bedroom the bed was to small it should be at least a queen
