10.0Sehr sauber, sehr zentral, hochwertige Ausstattung, Parkplatz in der Nähe, Bäckerei schräg gegenüber sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin
Sehr schöne Wohnung, wenn Treppensteigen bis ins 3. OG für einem okay ist.
9.0Ausgesprochen gute Ausstattung und zentrale Lage und man hatte viel Platz.
− Trotz beruhigte Zone (Tempo 20) war es bei uns am Wochenende teilweise recht laut nachts auf der Straße unten.

Werde dieses Apartment nicht mehr buchen.
7.0Betten waren gut. Sehr sauber.
− Das Sofa ist eine Katastrophe, absolut unbequem. Das Spülbecken zu klein. Wohnung im 3.Stock. Christophstraße sehr laut und ständig Stau. Sturzgefahr im Wohnzimmer, Teppich hat kein Antirutschmatte, bin hingefallen, 2 2 tage Rückenschmerzen.

10.0Unsere Erfahrung war absolut positiv und wir fühlen uns sehr wohl. *Zentrale Lage:* Das Apartment liegt direkt im Zentrum von Überlingen, nur wenige Schritte von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäften und dem Bodensee entfernt. *Tolle Restaurants:* In der Nähe des Apartments gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, die eine Vielzahl von leckeren Gerichten anbieten. Wir haben einige davon ausprobiert und waren immer wieder begeistert von der Qualität und dem Service. *Hochwertige Ausstattung:* Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist sehr komfortabel und hochwertig. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. *Super Kontakt mit der Vermieterin:* Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns alle notwendigen Informationen gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten.
