-Top Lage -Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche (Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster...)

− Muss ich ein bisschen suchen, aber wenn es etwas gibt, dann: -Ein bisschen Laut, störte uns aber nicht -Einrichtung (ausser Küche) ein bisschen alt.

Very disappointed and being robbed with an unfair payment on linen and towel.

The location was in the center of the town.

− Ascona Apart was centrally located, which was convenient, but it was quite noisy and crowded. We have got only one key which is used for the door of the flat and the door of the building. And the other flat was using the same key. So it was not secure. Also host asked the additional cost for the bed and linen. When making the reservation via Booking.com, we clearly booked for 4 people and explicitly mentioned this via given the details of each person to be staying. The listing did not indicate that only 3 beds would be provided by default, or that there would be an extra charge for the fourth. This is misleading, it feels like a hidden cost rather than a transparent arrangement. Moreover, the bed and linen and towel were not even provided on the first day. The bed was not ready. The linen and towel was not there so we didn’t use them. We didn’t use the towel at all! And we did not use the bed and linens on the last day, as one family member checked out early. And we informed this in advance. Yet, they have requested payment for 3 full days, which I find unreasonable and unfair. This experience has left me quite disappointed.

Excellent stay with a beautiful view.

The location is fantastic. We loved the balcony with a view of the lake. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Communication with the host is always good. Arrangements for an early checkout were easily made.

Very clean, amazing views, 3 terraces with sufficient seating, good size corner shower, soap, shower gel and sufficient toilet paper provided, very friendly staff

− Old apartment, Double bedroom had 2 single beds that cannot be joined to a double. No washing machine, no microwave, no real living room, just a 2 seater couch.

I would definitely stay again. The location of the apartment was great.

The lake front location and spectacular views are second to none. Beds were very comfy, powerful hot shower and small but well equipped kitchen. Wifi was good.

− I stayed with a colleague as we were attending a conference at Monté Veritas so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment. Its traditional and functional.
