− Quasi totale assenza di rete mobile e mancanza di un router Wi-Fi, per compensare l’assenza di rete. Pulizia non ottimale.

3.0La struttura si trova in un bel contesto, immerso nel verde, con un'ottima vista.
− Ho utilizzato questa struttura per una notte, con 2 amici, come base per partecipare ad un concerto allo Stadio di Ancona. Al momento della prenotazione, ho chiesto check-in e consegna delle chiavi direttamente alla struttura, poichè fortemente in ritardo causa traffico/impegni di lavoro, ma nonostante ciò ho dovuto comunque allungare la strada di 30 minuti fino all'agenzia, a causa della richiesta negata. Una volta arrivata nell'appartamento, mi ha accolto uno sgradevolissimo odore di muffa, di 2 condizionatori ne funzionava solo uno, dei 3 posti letti che erano stati richiesti, solo 2 erano stati preparati, il soffione della doccia era rotto, tanto che spruzzava acqua ovunque, in generale bagno vetusto e mal tenuto. In autonomia abbiamo dovuto aprire il divano letto, scoprendo con sorpresa che era stato chiuso con un lenzuolo nel mezzo, probabilmente usato da ospiti precedenti. Nessun kit letto per il terzo posto letto. La cosa però che mi ha lasciato più contrariata, è stata la mancanza di disponibilità dei gestori a fronte della totale assenza di carta igienica e prodotti per l'igiene personale. Ho prontamente inviato sms whatsapp per chiederne il riassortimento, la risposta (negativa) è arrivata con ore di ritardo, quando eravamo già al concerto e non avevamo la possibilità di recarci in un supermercato. I telefoni non prendono e non c'è neanche il wi-fi. A queste condizioni non mi sento assolutamente di consigliare questa struttura.
