− Not on the beach… the pictures seem like it’s beach front, it is not. No AC. It was like 90 degrees inside and the unit had no AC. The living room “pull out sofa bed” is not a pull out sofa bed. It is a small ‘loveseat’ size futon that ‘maybe’ a small child could sleep on but it’s rock hard, may as well sleep on the floor.
