10.02nd year I have stayed here. Breakfast was fab, bacon done just right, view not good from my room this time but I wasn't there for the view ha ha Honesty bar was fun and gave Darren, Lisa and the gang a laugh when they looked back on security camera, I am here for the fun!!! I would go back again every year but unfortunately they are leaving this year! Very sad!! :(
− The steps ha ha especially after all the dancing I did at the northern soul event I was attending at The Grand just across the road!!
Would definitely go back, but would book a room with a sea view.

− In room 10 the bathroom was tiny and the sink was in the bedroom , and the bed was only a double bed.

9.0Warm welcoming owners and wonderful breakfast, the location had a perfect view and place if you planning to stay in llandudno, you get to see the whole beach line just from the window, and steps away from Happy Vally or the tram/cable car.
− Bathroom were a little bit small for some, otherwise overall it is ok by concidering the age of building.
