L emplacement : montsinery est un très beau village très reposant

− La piscine n était pas utilisable: ce qui aurait dû etre spécifié des la réservation. C était donc une mauvaise surprise à l arrivée. La climatisation avait une fuite importante que nous avons du géré et qui a impacté notre sommeil. La hotte ne fonctionnait pas et le code du wifi ne nous a jamais été communiqué. Nous avons du réclamé une serviette pour la troisième personne et pour l utilisation du clic clac seul un drap de dessus nous a été remis. Nous avons également eu 2 coupures d électricité en soirée et l Hébergement situé juste à côté était loué également : ce qui nous a valu d etre réveillées par leur arrivée nocturne puis des ronflements !! L isolement sonore reste également à améliorer... Hébergement catastrophique sans aucune réactivité de notre hôte. Je ne recommande pas du tout et n y reviendrai pas ... même à la promesse de un geste commercial qui aurait déjà dû etre fait pour ce séjour.
