Very convenient for my stay as my office work is near and also in the evenings SM Mall around the corner

− All is well the u it itself is well maintained and kept well. Suggest to just check the bathroom basin Tap is loose and Shower is a bit dirty. Dining room chair may do well with a bit of shampoo cleaning. Rest the u it is excellent.
