Beautiful penthouse suite

We were upgraded to the Penthouse suite because the suite booked was being used by someone else. The suite we had was lovely and the view was stunning.

− We were not informed of the upgrade straightaway we had to go into the suite booked to find someone asleep in the bedroom and ring the agent to find out about the upgrade. Most of the doors to the balcony didn’t open. No tea towels, surface wipes, oven gloves or washing up sponges. The door into the suite was very difficult to open at times. Filtered water jug was mouldy.
