9.0Condomínio muito seguro, espaçoso e muito Silencioso. Piscina muito boa. Localização excelente 1,5 Km do supermercado Cambuí e demais comércios e da feirinha. Para acessar a praia de Mutá é só atravessar a rodovia, existem vários quiosques em frente ao condomínio. Média de 15km da passarela do álcool (+-40,00 de Uber). O responsável da Seazone (Matheus) super atencioso e prestativo inclusive para atender minhas dúvidas e sanar outras irregularidades que foram mínimas.

8.0A localização é muito boa. As camas e o sofa da sala são confortáveis, todos os equipamentos de ar, portáteis, utensílios em boas condições. Tivemos contato direto apenas com o funcionário do condomínio, Sidney, muito atencioso e prestativo.
− O vaso do sanitário social estava sem o assento/tampa. Entrei em contato com a pessoa que falou comigo via zap, quando do meu check-in, solicitando a resolução. Ele me informou que abriria um chamado, mas nao tive mais retorno e nao foi resolvido o problema. Os chuveiros sao bons, mas estavam caindo pouca água. Acho que necessitava de uma limpeza. Não colocaram papel higiênico novo nos banheiros, ficando em cada banheiro 1 rolo com uma pequena quantidade. Mas, saliento que so reclamei da falta de assento do vaso, pois torna o uso do mesmo muito desconfortável. Também achamos que a comunicação poderia ser melhor.

10.0Muito bem localizado, de frente a praia de mutá, apenas atravessar a avenida. Apartamento todo mobiliado e decorado, muito bonito e aconchegante. Recomendo sem pensar 2 vezes!
