Accogliente per chi ama la privacy

La struttura è situata a Terres, un paesino con meno di 300 abitanti, a 15 minuti in auto da Cles. La villa risale al 1914 ma è stata ristrutturata e resa accogliente. Circondata da vegetazione e alberi tra vasti meleti, la rendono un luogo adatto per chi cerca pace e privacy. Ha un vialetto privato e posti auto tranquilli sotto casa. L'appartamento al piano superiore è composto da una cucina in comune, attrezzata con tutto ciò che occorre con anche lavastoviglie. Ci sono 3 camere da letto con bagno privato ben organizzato e moderno (2 camere con servizi interni e una camera con bagno esterno ma frontale a pochi passi). In mansarda la possibilità di usufruire di lavatrice e asciugatrice.

− Forse installarei almeno uno split per condizionatore nella zona in comune della casa e sistemerei la chiusura della porta che divide l'appartamento dal resto della villa.
