The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only 7 minutes to the grocery store. The community is quiet and very pleasant. There’s a peaceful pool nearby, and the unit itself had everything we needed. Parking was right next to the unit, which was super convenient.

Overpriced and many cockroaches.

The customer service representatives that manage the property were amazing. Very easy to communicate with, very responsive and understanding.

− We ended up moving out of the property after two days (even though we had it booked for 9 days). In the two days that we were there we found 5 live cockroaches and 4 dead in the kitchen. The cockroaches were there the first day (before we even brought any food into the condo). We had a baby with us who is crawling everywhere and we could not take any chances, so we decided to move out. Aside from the cockroaches, the listing itself is a bit deceiving. I was looking for ocean view properties. And although, you can see the ocean from the property, in order to do so, you have to be at a very particular spot on the lanai. What the listing fails to mention is that two out of the three bedrooms face the parking lot (and the garbage). We couldn't open the blinds in the main bedroom because the parking lot was so close. This property is over priced.

Incredible location but should set better expectations

We loved the pools and the walkability to the ocean. There was a quiet pool for adults and a kiddos pool. They kept the outside groups very clean and the views from the golf course were incredible. They also set us up for the beach so it was easy for us to pack chairs, footballs, coolers, etc. The hosts are very responsive and treat this like a business which is nice. We had beach towels and shower towels and they were very responsive when setting up our reservation. There is also a washer and dryer for the unit. The patio was large to enjoy the weather. They OVERSUPPLIED KEYS, you would have to be a ding dong to not get into your unit. Very grateful for this.

− They did not have notes about the keys being finicky. After 12 hours of travel, we could not get into the unit. THEY DID however respond quickly to let us know there was a trick and I was very grateful for the responsiveness. We also were not made aware they did not fully supply dishwasher tablets which was annoying. Our family cannot eat out due to severe allergies, so we were told that if we wanted to do more than 5 dishwasher loads, we would have to buy a packet from the store... I honestly would have packed them from home if they mentioned something on the reservation, it was annoying more than anything as we were only staying for a week, and spending 15 dollars for two tablets seems about the same and not stocking it for the full 7 days (cost would be the same). There were around 12-15 cockroaches that were in the kitchen, I would personally oversupply dishwasher tablets to encourage no food for the cockroaches. One day 3 cockroaches left the CLEAN dishwasher don't know how. The washer and dishwasher smelled mildewy and could use a bleach cycle to clean it up and there was mold growing on the outside plastic seal piece of the washing machine. There are zero cleaning supplies on site aside from soap and we would have loved something to clean counters a little more efficiently, however, I am guessing they did that to stop people from using the wrong cleaning products. Overall there were just a few things that would have made our trip better and that is expectations and maybe some bleach lol.
