− in der Wohnung waren unangenehme Gerüche (Abflussrohr? ) aus dem Badezimmer. (Toilette ) Kleine Ameisen und der Fussboden war etwas staubig .

− Die Sauberkeit, Ein Zimmerlicht funktionierte nicht. Ein Hausmeister war trotz Telefonnummer nicht erreichbar. Auf Email wurde 2 Wochen (!) später reagiert
