7.0Son emplacement bien au centre de la ville et sa proximité avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Le lit est confortable.
− Cela n’est pas lié à l’établissement, mais malheureusement il se trouve que les voisins habitant dans le bâtiment en face, au dernier étage sont extrêmement bruyants nuit et jour avec des engueulades, des cris, des discussions animées jusqu’à très tard (03:30) dans la nuit, etc. Cela a clairement rendu notre séjour très peu agréable. Dans ces conditions, on ne reviendra malheureusement pas dans cet appartement qui est, sans cela, très pratique pour visiter la ville et la région.

6.0Perfect location in the very center of the town
− It is not one-bedroom, as advertised, but rather a studio with a walk-in closet. You enter directly into the bed, the same room has a kitchenette and a table, then there is a dark windowless room with an armoire and a chest of drawers before the bathroom. Microwave is absent, though it’s listed in the description. Very poor supply- even dish soap and salt I had to buy myself. When we arrived, it was very hot and air-conditioning was not working. The agency were promising every day to send somebody to look at it for the next three days, and then eventually on the fourth day I found a plug under the heater in the corner. it was just unplugged!!!! Nobody even knew that it could be the case to tell us.
Good location , clean and quiet but that is all you would get.

− No microwave. No shower soap or liquid or shampoo . Not even one small bottle of water on check in day .Never happened before in any of my many stays in Pavia (expensive or cheap ones) Very difficult lock to enter house positioned under the door handle at a very low height from floor , for which you had to bend and squint your eyes in order to read and rótate the dial .
