Bel appartement mais piscine partagée et trop cher

La décoration et les matériaux de l’appartement, bien que je sois allergique à la paille et qu’il y en ait au dessus de la tête de lit où l’on dort avec une deco moderne mais j’ai dû dormir la tête aux pieds. The decoration and materials of the apartment are nice, although I’m allergic to straw, and there is some above the headboard where we sleep — it has a modern decor, but I had to sleep the other way around, with my head at the foot of the bed.

− Le fait que la piscine est partagée et que sur les photos on pense réserver une maison avec piscine privée. Il fallait lire « les petites lignes » visiblement. Mais la piscine n’est pas face à l’appartement. Et elle est souvent occupée par les propriétaires et leurs amis de l’extérieur. Bien que discrets, nous n’en avons pas profité. Il a fallu également dire que les chaises hautes de la cuisine n’étaient pas adaptées à la hauteur du bar. Pas de table pour manger à l’intérieur. Un bar. En bref, plutôt bon emplacement mais loin des plages à pieds. Et places de parking en plein soleil alors qu’un abris avec de l’ombre type pergolas serait tout à fait possible. Parfois des odeurs d’urines de chat autour de la piscine. Sinon tout est propre et de qualité. Et propriétaires a vouloir ajuster ce qui ne va pas très rapidement. Même si j’ai eu le sentiment amer d’avoir payé beaucoup trop cher pour un appartement et une piscine partagée… The fact that the pool is shared, while the photos make you think you’re booking a house with a private pool. Although they’re discreet, we didn’t really get to enjoy it. It should also be mentioned that the high chairs in the kitchen don’t match the height of the bar. No table to eat inside — just a bar. In short, it’s a fairly good location but far from the beaches on foot. The parking spots are in full sun, even though a shaded shelter like a pergola would easily be possible. Sometimes there’s a smell of cat urine around the pool. Otherwise, everything is clean and of good quality, and the owners are quick to fix what doesn’t work. Even though I was left with the bitter feeling of having paid far too much for an apartment and a shared pool…

Honeymoon Villa!

These villas are the perfect getaway in the lovely bay of Posidonia. The house is brand new, and fully equipped with all you need for a perfect week in Syros. The owners welcomed us and helped us arrange our trip and also recommended very nice places to eat (like Meltemi or Filomila a couple minutes away driving). There are 3 outdoor showers near the pool so after checkout we could enjoy a bit more the house. Thanks Toni and Tina for everything! Hope to see you soon.

A perfect family getaway

We recently stayed at Antonis and Tina's villa, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly and helpful owners. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and it's evident that they genuinely love kids, making it an ideal spot for families. The villa is perfectly situated with a breathtaking view that we enjoyed every day. Its proximity to the beach and the local supermarket (15 minutes walking) made our stay even more convenient. The big swimming pool was a highlight for both adults and kids, surrounded by beautiful and well-maintained chill out space. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view on the bay. Our apartment was spacious, beautifully designed with attention to detail, and super clean. The touches in the decor and layout made it a very comfortable stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend Antonis and Tina's villa for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We can't wait to return!
