− They disposed / took our glass bottles that we brought from home and were using - it stood on the kitchen counter. Also, requested for an early check in but received no response, upon arrival after 2pm room was not ready yet.

Safe and secure. Lots of security guards.

− Lots of Cockroachs in the kitchen and bathroom. Very poor quality frying pan and cooking pots. No air-conditioning. Shower door broken.
