Все дуже чисто та комфортно, всередині є все необхідне, перший поверх п'ятиповерхівки, в районі дуже тихо та спокійно, парковка прямо під під'їздом, 40 метрів невеличкий місцевий супермаркет де є все необхідне. Господар приємний привітливий чоловік.
