9.0Localização perfeita, apesar de ser local de movimento é muito tranquilo, seguro. Enfim ótimo lugar. A iluminação na casa muito boa.
− Não tenho muito oque falar sobre não gostar, mas acho que seria interessante ter ar condicionado, pois a casa fica com pouca abertura para fora oque acaba sendo um pouco abafado, mas eu aluguei sabendo que não teria ar, é só uma colocação, minha opinião.
