Very quiet, spacious and convenient flat
9.0I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom flat because they said there was a smell in the flat I had booked and they wanted to sort it out. That flat was very convenient for the town centre but exceptionally quiet. I was contacted regularly throughout the stay to check everything was ok. I had free tickets for the car park and the facilities were excellent
− The radiator in the main room wasnt on and I couldnt work out how to turn it on. However, the radiator in another room was on and I was able to heat the flat by leaving the door to that room on.

10.0Apartment super clean and very safe. Exactly like the photos advertised. Tea, coffee, Tea towels, kitchen roll, washing up liquid. Toilet paper, mini toiletries and fresh fluffy towels:) Bed was so huge and comfortable. Fully functioning kitchen with washing machine, microwave, fridge etc and TV was working perfectly fine. WiFi was brilliant and key collection, drop off was easy and straightforward. Apartment was warm and cozy. One of the best booking.coms I have stayed in. The host is fantastic and made sure i had everything I needed and easy to contact. The Comfort Hub is literally off the town centre with all the shops you could possibly need. Cute little town! Really enjoyed my stay:) Thank you Luke and the team at Comfort Hub!

9.0It was a great location with easy walking distance from train station and town. The flat was comfortable, kitchen had everything needed. Host very helpful.
− My only issue was collecting the keys. I didn't realise the key lock up was not at the flat but in a location at the end of the block for all the flats.
