− Trochę twarde materace. W jednej łazience problem z otwartym prysznicem, wszędzie było mokro - przydałby się dodatkowy dywanik na podłogę lub zamykany prysznic.

Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie. Dużo miejsca. Czyste. Wygodne łóżka

− Jeden prysznic jest w wersji otwartej co powodowało ciągłe zalewanie łazienki. Do poprawy też wskazówki lokalizacji. Trochę czasu zajęło nam znalezienie właściwego wejścia. Może warto dodać zdjęcie.

The apartment is in a good location, near a bus stop, with good communication. The apartment is very big and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped. There are 3 bedrooms: one of which has a bathroom and another bathroom. There is a combined washing and drying machine (but you have to buy detergent if you want to use it).

− We were extremely disappointed with our stay and the entire experience caused us a great deal of frustration and stress. 1. We were required to pay a €600 deposit, which was unexpected and in our experience, highly unusual. 2. The property asked me to scan and share my ID through an app, which I was not comfortable with and refused to do. 3. Check-in was supposed to start at 15:00. While we fully understand that early check-in may require an additional fee, we were informed around 12:00–12:30 that we would not be able to check in until 18:00 or possibly even later. At the same time, we were told that the previous guest had requested a late check-out — a service the property had clearly charged them for — yet this directly affected our arrival. This was extremely unprofessional, as the property was unable to honor even the standard check-in time. Booking.com did not provide any assistance or compensation, and neither did the property. We had to call a UK number and were left on hold for 15 minutes, which resulted in additional costs for us. Since we couldn’t check in, we were forced to stay in a café and order food just to remain inside. After an early morning flight, we were completely exhausted. I was also unwell on my period and in need of a bathroom, yet there was no understanding or support. For several hours we didn’t even know whether we would have accommodation for the night, as we received no updates or check-in instructions until after 18:00 — and only after we repeatedly insisted. 4. The property requires guests to take out the trash upon departure if it happens to be garbage collection day, which we found inappropriate and unreasonable. 5. The bathrooms were dirty which added further to our disappointment. Overall, this experience was not only disappointing but extremely stressful. Instead of enjoying the start of our trip, we spent hours dealing with uncertainty, discomfort, and a complete lack of support. We would not recommend this property.
