− - verspätete Schlüsselübergabe, keine Entschuldigung dafür, sondern nur irgendwelche Rechtfertigungen, ungepflegte Außenanlagen mit einem großen Müllproblem, Angaben zum Einloggen in das Internet nicht hilfreich, Parkplatzsituation ist unübersichtlich, Geruchsbelästigung durch rauchende Nachbarn, ständiges Kindergeschrei!
