Casa espaçosa e ampla. Bem localizada, fácil comunicação com a proprietária. A casa estava com cheiro de cigarro quando chegamos, mas creio que é de mofo. Não é uma reclamação, sei que a casa é mais velha e fica fechada e pode causa essa cheiro, pra nós não foi um problemas mas pra quem tem problemas respiratórios pode ser. Tirando isso, a casa estava em ótimo estado, limpa e completa. Não tenho nada a reclamar
