Lage, Umgebung, Pool

− Hohe Nebenkosten wurden im Anschluss zusätzlich zum Mietpreis erhoben.. Diese waren sehr überzogen und wurden vorher mit uns so nicht kommuniziert. Vor Antritt erhielten wir keine Zählerstände, der angebliche Verbrauch wurde in einer Rechnung angegeben und war für uns nicht kontrollierbar. Ca 10 Prozent vom Mietpreis kamen so noch on top, nicht unerheblich dies dem Kunden vor Buchung mitzuteilen. Einfache Ausstattung die jedoch vollkommen ausreicht. Gerade bei einem Kurzurlaub wollten wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher dazu buchen. Leider auch hier vollkommen überzogene Preise, zudem die Betten noch nicht mal überzogen werden.

Wir haben uns selbst versorgt. Die Lage war für uns super, die Kinder konnten die Strecke zur Ostsee gut laufen

− Dazu fällt mir nichts ein, auch meine Gäste haben sich über nichts beschwert , alle haben sich wohlgefühlt
