10.0First off, it was very easy to locate and checking in was smooth, even had a cup of tea. The property was clean, well lit and serene. The staff was welcoming and ready to always assist. It felt like a second home. The room was spacious and neat, very comfortable bed and security in and out of the property was excellent.

Quite location and close to City Centre
7.0Quiet place not far from City Centre and the accommodation has a private bathroom right outside the room.
− The central heating wasn’t working, so I contacted the staff and they gave me a standalone electric heater. Sleeping with it was tough though — it got way too hot during the night, so I had to wake up and switch it off. A few hours later the room would get freezing, which meant I kept waking up over and over and didn’t get a proper night’s sleep. On top of that, the hot water system wasn’t working at first, but I called the staff and they managed to fix it. Another issue was the key. The manual key didn’t work, so I had to leave my room unlocked. That meant carrying all my belongings with me all the time, which wasn’t very comfortable.
