10.0Emplacement idéal de l'hébergement pour visiter Assise, Pérouse et l'Ombrie en général. Accueil très sympathique de Gianluca, soucieux de faire au mieux pour satisfaire ses hôtes. Chambres propres et confortables. Excellent petit déjeuner, avec succulents gâteaux préparés par Ilaria.
− A la demande de Gianluca souhaitant améliorer encore les conditions de son hébergement, nous avons fait quelques suggestions mineures : installation de quelques crochets supplémentaires en salle de bain pour pendre serviettes et vêtements, et d'une petite table dans l'une des deux chambres.

10.0Zona comoda alle varie attrazioni, situato in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissimo a Santa Maria degli Angeli , Assisi, Spello a 40 Min. Spoleto. Ampie stanze , comode ben disposte e nuove. Bel bagno, doccia molto ampia. Letti molto comodi, stanze pulite , non manca nulla. Colazione abbondante e di qualità molto buona , torte artigianali buonissime. Estrema gentilezza e cura dei titolari. Parcheggio disponibile anche coperto. Ampia zona esterna.
Absolut spitze Gastfreundschaft unterhalb von Assisi!
10.0Wir sind ein gut gereistes Paar und haben noch nie so nette und hilfsbereite Gastgebern wie Gianluca und Ilaria begegnet. Wir haben zwei Nächte mit unserem Hund gebucht, Assisi zum ersten Mal zu erkunden. Von Anfang an läuft die Kommunikation mit Gianluca per WhatsApp prima. Er hat uns nicht nur vor der Reise, sondern auch während des Besuchs, viele Empfehlungen gemacht: Parking in Assisi, gute Restaurants in der Nähe, Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Kleinstadt Spello, u.s.w.. Der Unterkunft bietet 3 Zimmern an. Wegen unseres Hundes haben wir gerne im Erdgeschoss in der geräumigen und blitzsaubern "Primavera-Suite" gewohnt, wo wir leicht in den Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten kommen könnten. Das Bett war besonders bequem und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Kurz nach der Buchung haben wir ein traditionelles italienisches Apperitivo bestellt, weil wir erst Abends angekommen sind. Es war das ausreichende und köstliche Apperitivo unseres Lebens. Alles außer der 8 Sorten frische Käse und Würste war selbergemacht, von warmen Kartoffeln und Thunfisch gefüllte Paprika bis auf mit Zucchini-Quiche und Kürbis-Pinienkernen- Brotaufstrich. Die nächste Gaumenfreude war im Frühstücksraum mit 5 Sorten von selbst gebackenen Backwaren wie Beerentorten und Ricotto-Schoko-Schnecken. Wir waren von der Gastgeberkeit total überwältigt und kann Cà die Mille B&B Hotel, was nach der süßen Katze des Hauses genannt ist, wärmstens empfehlen. Gianluca e Ilaria, grazie ancora per tutto!

10.0Soggiorno perfetto in tutto. Parto dal fatto che i proprietari sono davvero gentili, premurosi ed ospitali; ti fanno sentire a casa. La struttura è finemente ristrutturata al minimo dettaglio, con tutti i comfort possibili. Pulizia e posizione ottime. Punto a favore la colazione: fatto tutto in casa da loro, con prodotti genuini e direi anche con tanta passione; voto 10 e lode. Dovessi ritornarci prenoterei da loro senza pensarci.
