Excellent time, enjoyed our room, great location.

− That you had to use a key for every entrance including restrooms at the pool which was already gated.
Very disappointed in the quality of the furnishings in the unit! Sunset property was clean and well maintained.
6.0Location was convenient.
− Bed uncomfortable. Too much furniture in bedroom and difficult to get around . Towels were thin, small and cheap. Kitchen lacked some essentials for cooking such as potholders, measuring cups, mixing bowls. Sofa worn out and sat low and chair was dirty and had an odor! Furnace filter dirty and bed was broken with pieces tucked underneath the bed on the floor.

I was disappointed with the condo because of the construction and no pool or fitness center.
4.0Nice location on the beach.
− During our stay, there was construction causing loud noises and paint fumes. There were no sheets for the pullout couch. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided and had to buy other supplies such as paper towels and d hand soap. The pool and fitness center were closed. I asked for a discount but was told information was on the page. Apparently, it is noted at the VERY bottom of the page about construction and pool/fitness center. It should have been at the top before you even choose dates. Very sneaky!

Please note that Concrete Repairs on floors 1-10 start Monday 10-27-25 and will be done around 12-1-25. Painting will start 11-17 and will be done around 12-1-25.
Waterproofing will start 12-1-25 and will be done around 12-8-25. Railing paint will start 12-8-25 and will be done around 12-15-25. Punch out 12-15-25 and will be done
around 12-18-25. Demobilize 12-18-25 and will be done around 12-22-25. Access to condo’s may be needed.
