Excellent location, beautiful apartment with everything you would need

Apartment was clean and tidy, well equipped and in an amazing location two minutes from the beach

− Overall it was excellent, the only comment I would make is that the sofas are not the most comfortable if you were sat on them watching a movie for any length of time. Not a criticism just an observation.

Very nice apartment. Light, clean, airy. Ideally situated for exploring Salcombe. Magnificent views from the balcony. Really enjoyed our brief stay.

Lovely and comfortable, but I don’t think the radiators would warm up quickly enough if it was really cold outside

Location and very spacious

− Finding the property. It would help if there was signage on the little wall near to where the property is. There was no instructions that we could find as to how to operate the oven. The main oven didn’t appear to work.

We were blessed with glorious weather and enjoyed the most wonderful short break in Salcombe. Our apartment was superb.

Fantastic location, beautiful sun deck which was bathed in sunshine from breakfast to afternoon tea, very comfortable, warm accommodation, beautifully styled.

Lovely apartment near North Sands beach

A lovely clean apartment close to the beaches, with easy parking a bonus

− The property could have been pre-heated before our arrival, it was like an icebox when we arrived, and took a while to heat satisfactorily. We also missed a communication from the property with reference the key box code, so we attempted to a number of times before we finally made contact - luckily we went for supper whilst waiting so weren’t really put out.
